I think the sneakiest part about getting older is we stop playing.

Moving for steps, or white-knuckling yourself through a workout, or stretching some because something aches.

But when was the last time you moved just for fun?

I’ve had my eye on the ping-pong table for months, and it was finally available after dinner.

Ping pong reminds me of the Christmas my sister and I got one. (I’m pretty sure it was really for my dad! lol)

I believe midlife is a time to remember what you loved to do before you started worrying about what everyone else thought.
