🚨 Important P39 C*D Update — Please Read
Hi P39 Family,
We want to personally update those of you who rely on our 3500mg C*D + CBG + CBN tinctures.
With the upcoming changes to federal h**p law and continued uncertainty about how they may affect current formulations, we are being cautious with production.
We currently have ONE batch of our 3500mg Full Spectrum and ONE batch of our 3500mg Broad Spectrum being processed. Until we have more clarity on December 11, these will be the only batches we are having made.
We are now taking PRE-ORDERS.
If you regularly use these tinctures, you may want to order ahead. Depending on what happens with the law, we may eventually be required to make changes to our current formulations.
📞 PRE-ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 7.
Please call us directly to order.
Tincture turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks.
If you don't currently receive a discount with us, we will extend one to you for this purpose.
These changes may also affect some of our other products, including our C*D roll-on and Delta-9 gummies, so regular users may want to plan ahead with those as well.
❤️ Most importantly, P39 ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE.
We are very hopeful our formulations will NOT have to change. But if they do, we will adapt.
We got into this business to help people, and that isn't changing. Whatever the law requires, we will continue working within it to bring you the best products we possibly can.
We don't want anyone to panic or purchase more than they reasonably need. We simply want our P39 family to have the opportunity to get the formulations they know and love while we can still have them produced in their current form.
