As a mobile massage therapist, my pricing has to reflect more than just the time spent in a session. It also includes travel and mileage, professional products, equipment, continuing education and certifications, insurance, business expenses, and the experience and skill I’ve worked hard to develop.

I know finances are an interesting time right now and as a Licensed Massage Therapy provider I never want the cost of care and wellness to feel out of reach.

I’m curious—when you look at massage pricing, what feels fair to you? Do you value the convenience of having a therapist come to your home? Are there certain session lengths or package options that would make regular massage more accessible for you?

I’m always looking for ways to make wellness more accessible while also honoring the time, care, and expertise that go into every session. I truly value your honest feedback and appreciate your support as I continue to grow. 🌿

I am so excited to share that I am now a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Vodder method Practitioner!

This specialized, gentle technique is designed to support your body’s natural lymphatic system by encouraging healthy lymph flow. MLD can help reduce swelling, ease inflammation, promote healing after surgery (with medical clearance), support immune function, and leave you feeling lighter, energized and clear headed after a session.

I’m honored to bring this service to Soma Bodywork & Wellness and continue expanding the care and knowledge I can provide to my clients.

This was a phenomenal course to take thanks to the teacher Samantha Oetting and the classmates I attended with. I had so much fun! It's incredible learning more and more in depth about the human body and being immersed in this field of healing. Health is wealth and small steps lead to lasting wellness.

These are my Chinese topical pain relief ointments I use and they work absolute miracles!
They have a cooling and heat sensation, like icy hot, that instantly reduces discomfort.

I have used these 3 products on my bicep brachii when the muscle was in pain just from lifting my arm in any direction and the next day my pain was gone.

These products are great to use to relieve the 3 big 'S's - muscle soreness, stiffness and strains. They are also great for joint discomfort and post-workout recovery.
