Pregnant mama’s hoping to breastfeed - this is a great opportunity for education and encouragement! If you’re in the Rolla area, consider attending or tell your friends!

UPDATE: We need two move sign ups to make it a go!

For just $10 instead of the normal $50, you can spend two hours learning what to actually expect when your baby arrives.

Because I want to help save you from the late-night hospital-room Google searches, tears, and “Is this normal?!” moments.

We’ll talk about:
✨ Normal newborn feeding behaviors
✨ What’s happening with your milk and your baby
✨ How to know baby is getting enough
✨ What’s normal vs. when you should ask questions
✨ What supplementation means and what questions you can ask
✨ How to feel more confident and informed in your feeding decisions

You’re already spending so much preparing for baby. Why not spend $10 preparing yourself?

Saturday, August 22
10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Partners/spouses are welcomed

⚠️ Important:We need a minimum of 5 people registered for the class to happen. If we don't reach 5 registrations, the class will unfortunately be canceled.

Come prepared. Leave empowered.

Top 4 Tips for an Unmedicated Labor! At least one or more of these things are used during almost every unmedicated labor I attend!

I really enjoyed visiting with other birth workers and having some really productive conversations about how we can support our communities!

To every birth worker who took time out of your busy life to join us, thank you. Thank you for showing up with open hearts, for sharing your stories, your wisdom, your challenges, and your hopes for the future of birth in our community. It means so much that you chose to spend your evening with us.

As we settled into the circle and shared our stories, we were reminded why we started these gatherings in the first place. Every person in the room brings something unique to the birth community, but we all share the same heart: serving women and families with compassion.

This is exactly what we hoped the Birth Circle would become. Not another networking event, but a place where relationships can grow and where birth workers can feel known, supported, and united by a shared purpose.

We’re so grateful for each of you who showed up, shared a piece of your story, and helped make the evening what it was. We truly believe that as we continue building relationships with one another, our birth community will become stronger, and the families we serve will feel the impact.

Thank you for being part of it. We already can’t wait for the next one! 🤍🌿

P.S. How fitting that our second Birth Circle fell on the International Day of Friendship!!! Here’s to new friendships, deeper connections, and the many more we’ll make along the way. 🫶

I left this birth with a smile on my face! This was the best OR experience so far! This family had to pivot from their birth plan, but the birth experience was still very special.

2 of 2! Steffanie’s clients doubled up TWICE this week! Again, I was so happy to support this couple in a beautiful, powerful unmedicated birth! And their doula Steffanie was able to be there after all!

And while I was with my other client Natalie Sterling came to the rescue again & helped this first time mama achieve her unmedicated hospital birth!
This mama’s birth came on powerful & strong. And yet she did it!
I was thankful it worked out that I could be there for the last two hours of her labor. This client was lucky enough to have two doulas serve her!
I was soooo proud of this client💕

1 of 2 births this week! It was such a blessing to support these parents and a fellow doula who needed me to step in for her while she was at another birth (down the hall!)

And while I was just two doors down with my other client, Natalie Sterling supported this client during her scheduled cesarean. Thankfully timing worked out that I could support her through recovery.
This mama worked hard to get her baby to turn head down. Ultimately baby stayed put. And this mama showed a lot of strength in pivoting her birth plan to a cesarean.
I was so blessed both of these clients had great care from the staff. And both had such happy births💕

Such a great resource!

Such a great resource!

I’ve always believed that every family deserves someone in their corner.

That’s why I’m opening up my phone for our community.

If you have a quick question about pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, pumping, newborn feeding, or postpartum recovery, you can call or text me.

No question is too small.
No question is too “embarrassing.”
No question is too silly.

Sometimes all you need is someone to say, “Yes, that’s normal,” or “I think you should get that checked.”

I want to be that trusted friend for our community.

Whether you’re pregnant with your first baby, navigating your fourth, wondering if labor has started, worried about a latch, trying to figure out pumping, or just need reassurance, I’m here.

If I can answer your question in a quick text or phone call, I happily will.

If your situation needs more in-depth support, I’ll let you know and we can talk about scheduling a consultation. And if something sounds urgent or like a medical emergency, I’ll always encourage you to contact your healthcare provider or seek emergency care right away.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

📱 Call or text me anytime with your quick questions:
(636) 388-9267

Because every family deserves support.

**This line is not intended for medical emergencies. If you or your baby have an emergency, call 911 or contact your healthcare provider immediately.
