We had the best visitors at Brenwood Park today! 🐾🌾

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon visit from some adorable farm animals, and the smiles said it all. From gentle cuddles to lots of laughter, the animals brought back sweet memories of growing up on farms and caring for animals.

Moments like these remind us how powerful simple joys can be. Thank you to our furry and feathered friends for brightening our day and filling Brenwood Park with happiness! ❤️

We are so proud to celebrate Dolores as Brenwood Park Assisted Living’s Resident of the Month! 💐

At 97 years young, Dolores continues to inspire everyone around her with her kindness, creativity, and giving heart. She is the proud mom of two children—a son and a daughter—who mean the world to her.

Dolores spends her time crocheting beautiful prayer shawls that are donated to the Cancer Center at Froedtert Hospital, bringing comfort and warmth to those who need it most. Her generosity and compassion truly embody the spirit of our community. 💛

🍕When Joe, the Pizza King of DeRango's Restaurant and Sports Bar pulls up, you know it's a good day! Our residents had a wonderful time creating their own pizzas and the time was full of laughter and happy hearts! A special thank you to Stephanie Ruffolo for sharing her large Italian family with us!

We are so proud to share that we had 🌟28🌟 of our residents participate as athletes in our community's Olympic games! From opening ceremonies to the final event of gnome ski races, our residents showed determination, teamwork, and camaraderie! Thank you to all who made these events such a success! Our residents truly deserved the gold medals they earned! 🏅

Today we honor the AMAZING caregivers who are the heart of our community! Their compassion, patience, and dedication to our residents shines through everyday! Our residents made everyone a keychain or bracelet to show their love and appreciation, along with signing a big card with kind words to all. Thank you for all that you do for Brenwood Park! Our residents continue to bring the spirit of the Winter Olympics into our community! Today, our athletes competed side by side in our speed skating fabric races. It has been so much fun to see our residents showing off their gold medals and engaging with one another! Events like these support movement, coordination, and cognitive stimulation. Let the games and the joy continue! ⛸️🇺🇲❄️🏅

In celebration of Valentine's Day, we called Bingo for a large crowd and then followed it up with a delicious hot cocoa bar--whipped cream, heart sprinkles, edible glitter, and all! After the hot cocoa bar, we focused on some individualized engagement by putting together bags of candy with a few of our residents to gift to each resident in our facility. Happy Valentine's Day to you from Brenwood Park!

Our community kicked off our very own Winter Olympics Games this week! 🏅❄️🇺🇲 Our residents have been competing in many fun and adaptive events, have shown solid teamwork, and there has been much friendly competition! Staying active, connected, and engaged is what we are all about here at Brenwood........also, gold medals! 😄
