Postpartum gift baskets & a home cooked meal are one of my favorite things to spoil moms with at our home visit after birth. 🩷
Some of the things I include are:
• a framed photo I took during labor/birth
• thank you card
• sweatshirt & onesies
• a fun drink or electrolytes
• sourdough bread or a sweet treat from
& any samples I may have at the time.

Being on call as a doula means our phone is always charged, our bag is always packed, and our heart is always ready. 🤍

It looks like canceled plans, middle-of-the-night check-ins, and living in a constant state of “maybe today’s the day.”
It means listening closely to intuition, honoring your body’s timeline, and showing up whenever your moment arrives, no matter the hour.

Being on call isn’t just availability… it’s a commitment. A promise to hold space, offer steady support, and walk alongside you through one of the most powerful transitions of your life.
Waiting, watching, trusting, because birth doesn’t run on a schedule, and neither do doulas. ✨

Today is the last day of World Doula Week 🤍

I’m not the greatest at posting on social media but I wanted to take the time today and express my gratitude.

I don’t take lightly the honor of being invited into some of life’s most sacred, vulnerable, and powerful moments. To walk alongside my clients through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is something I am endlessly grateful for.

Thank you to every family who has trusted me, leaned on me, and allowed me to support them in their journey. It’s a privilege to hold space, offer guidance, and witness the strength that exists within each of you.

This work is more than what I do—it’s part of who I am. And I am so thankful to serve this community in such a meaningful way.🤍
