You don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed to ask for help. 🤍

As a therapist certified in perinatal mental health, I want every expecting and new parent to hear that you deserve support.

Perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD and other mental health concerns can look different for everyone. You may be going through the motions while quietly feeling anxious, disconnected, hopeless or unlike yourself.

Seeking treatment does NOT mean you’re failing as a parent. It means you’re recognizing that you matter too.

Please don’t let shame, fear, or the belief that you “should be able to handle it” keep you from reaching out.

As Pride Month 🌈comes to a close, the need for acceptance, safety and authentic self-expression does not. Pride is a reminder that everyone deserves to be seen, valued and supported just how they are.

To my LGBTQIA+ clients, colleagues, friends and community members, thank you for sharing your stories, your strength and your resilience. You deserve safe spaces where you can show up fully as yourself. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

On the first Monday of Mental Health Awareness month, here’s a gentle reminder that your mind deserves care too. 💚

Progress doesn’t mean perfection. Sometimes it may be simply getting through the day.

You’re allowed to take up space, to feel deeply, and to ask for support.

I’m excited to share that I’m now officially certified in Perinatal Mental Health. 🤍

Supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood is deeply meaningful to me. I’m grateful to expand my training to better serve this community. Perinatal mental health matters and no one should have to navigate this season alone.

If you or someone you love could use support during this time, I’m here to help.

Spring is on the way! 🌱

As the seasons shift, it can be a meaningful time to check in with yourself. If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy or returning after a break, this season of renewal can be a place to begin.

I currently have openings for new clients in person on Mondays (limited afternoon spots available), and virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If you’ve been thinking about the next step, or just curious about the process, please reach out. You don’t have to do it alone.

Depression can be loud. It can convince you that you’ve lost yourself.
Sometimes therapy is simply helping you find that one small light.
If you’re in a season where it feels hard to see your greatness, you’re not broken. You’re human. And you’re not alone.

"I'm fine" is often less about being okay and more about staying safe.

It can mean "I don't want to burden you" or "I don't know how to explain this".

For many people, saying "I'm fine" was learned early as a way to cope, protect themselves, or keep the peace.

In therapy, we slow down and unpack what's underneath the "fine". You don't have to minimize your experience to be worthy of care. 🩵

The holidays are over.
The lights are down.
For many people, the heaviness sets in. Winter can impact mental health more than we realize. Seasonal Affective Disorder affects mood, sleep and energy. Support can help you feel like yourself again.
You don't have to navigate this season alone.
