I’m excited to be part of the lineup again this year for the death presentations series at Fredericks’s C.Burr Artz library. This annual program takes advantage of spooky season to bring the community free programming about grief, death and dying from a few different perspectives. I’ll be speaking about how we actually move through the grieving process. Helping people to get comfortable grieving is a lot of what I do as a therapist, but grief can be and is a community process, which is part of why I love the library for bringing together this programming!
