It’s been a little quiet over here... but definitely not because I haven’t been working. 👀😂

This particular day brought me into the OR to support my client and her husband during her C-section. 🙌🏿 Every birth looks different, and being able to walk alongside families through each unique experience is something I never take for granted. 🌿💜

And this is just a glimpse of what I’ve been up to.

I’ve been BUSY serving families, attending births, advocating, learning, growing, and doing the work I was called to do.

And somewhere in between all of that, I’ve been quietly working on a few things behind the scenes that I’m REALLY excited about. 😏😌🤫😉 Y’all will hear about those soon enough.

As a Maternal Wellness Doula, my role extends far beyond labor support. It's about creating a space where families feel heard, supported, informed, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Reading these words is a reminder that sometimes the most meaningful support comes from simply being present, listening without judgment, and walking alongside families through every high and low.

To the families who have trusted me during such a sacred season of life, thank you. It is truly an honor to serve you.

I've been a little quiet on social media lately, but for a good reason. 💛

Over the past several months, I've been busy being a wife, homeschooling my children, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, attending births, growing Deeply Rooted Birth & Wellness Care, and researching herbal ingredients for upcoming tea blends while refining products for Deeply Rooted & Co. 🌿

While I may not share every moment, please know that I'm still here and still passionate about supporting families and promoting wellness within my community.

I have officially found one of my favorite local micro bakeries 💛🍞

Everything from has been AMAZING. The sourdough bread is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked with that beautiful crust and soft center 🤤 And these sourdough brownies?! Absolutely rich, fudgy, and dangerous in the best way 😂

The raspberry cheesecake muffins did not survive long in this house either 😭🙌🏾

You can truly tell everything is homemade with care and intention. If you love fresh baked sourdough, brownies, muffins, and supporting local businesses, definitely check them out!
