Celebrating 🎉 our Community Nurse, Hilde Mott, RN! 🩺 She is a gift to us all, especially our residents! Please join us, along with the DAISY 🌼 foundation, in recognizing Hilde’s career and dedication ♥️

Hilde shows up everyday and oversees the care of 50+residents. It’s not just one thing she does. It’s everything. From basic first aid to treat a skin tear, to triaging serious concerns to send a resident out for emergency care, to holding the hand of a dying hospice patient, and providing comfort to grieving families. Hilde is present and gives 100% everyday. Hilde’s commitment to her residents/patients goes beyond the hours she is at work. She is on call 24/7 and available to our team of caregivers and med techs at anytime of day or night to answer questions and provide support and direction needed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents under her care. Hilde also teaches classes and CPR and was recently approved by DSHS to be a state proctor for HCA(HomeCareAide) testing. She is an excellent mentor and truly wants every person on her team to succeed. Hilde is so deserving of recognition for all she does for the people she cares for in the community she represents!
