I lost myself once and on my way back up from bottom, I saw my name written across the sky and all the reasons why I was worthy of this climb. The sky broke open harder than I ever did to show me that even the strongest things break apart sometimes to learn about the grace of letting go, the strength of rising back up, and the beauty of finding yourself again. Now I say, I never lost myself at all, I was simply going through the process of bringing myself back home to me.

*in process* 🐛✨🦋
1. Current shape vs the photo that started it all.
2. My 2yr 3m 25d transformation, and my lightest weight.
3. Lightest weight vs today, +20 pounds, same “size”
The girls in my group and I have been chatting lately about the scale, the mass of our meat suits, muscle being more dense than fat, and losing SIZE whilst putting on WEIGHT, aka the scale going up. That’s right, the size of your meat suit can be shrinking whilst the number on the scale goes up. Lean muscle mass, baby! 🤌🏻🫶🏻 Besides needing more room for my t**h and biceps, I wear the same size, and lots of the same cloths, as I did -20 pounds ago. The last 6 years I’ve been eating lots, lifting lots, and putting muscle on my person, while maintaining a lean physique. 🥰 Eat lots, lift heavy, maybe join TMBY&Me, don’t be afraid of failure, know you’re worth it. 🗝🔮🔥
