Congratulations to Geri Fritz, our June Champion of the Month!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float in our Community-Based Training and Employment (CBTE) program, Geri works with multiple supported employment teams, bringing flexibility and a person-centered approach to everything she does.

Our Circle K representative nominated Rise for this recognition because of the work we do in the community and throughout the greater Twin Cities area.

Our Central Minnesota team is excited to host 'Save the Lattes', a free, interactive budgeting workshop focused on understanding spending habits, creating a realistic budget, and building strategies for long-term savings.

Join us on Tuesday, August 18, from 4–7 p.m. at the Great River Regional Library in St. Cloud to learn practical tools for managing your money while still making room for the things you enjoy.

Steve Reinardy's journey is a powerful example of growth and determination. After facing barriers in school, challenges finding employment, and a life-changing health setback, Steve never stopped advocating for himself or pursuing his goals.

What began as an entry-level janitorial position at Minnesota Diversified Industries (MDI) has grown into a leadership role where he helps create a safer workplace for employees across the organization.

Today, Steve is a respected Safety Coordinator at MDI and a passionate advocate for disability inclusion, using his voice to create positive change in his community.
