As Facility Administrator, Summer helps lead Ally Medical ER Frisco with a focus on supporting her team and creating an environment where patients feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Her leadership helps bring together the people and processes that make an exceptional emergency care experience possible.
What stands out most to Summer about the Frisco community is how easy it is to feel connected.
“I love the welcoming, friendly, and inclusive feel of my community. I also really appreciate how accessible it is, with so many opportunities, activities, and places to connect with others.”
When she’s not at Ally Medical ER, Summer loves adventure and being outdoors, especially when water is involved. She and her 13 year old son share a love of scuba diving and exploring new places together.
“Some of my favorite moments are being at the beach or in the water with my son. I’m also perfectly happy relaxing in the pool at home with a good book.”
Summer describes herself as loyal, friendly, and helpful.
“I genuinely care about the people around me and am always willing to lend a hand, support someone who needs it, or simply be there when it matters.”
