School's out for summer!
We hope to see our teacher friends, recent grads, and teen students in the studio for yoga this summer.

Experience is absolutely NOT necessary -- we offer a welcoming, supportive environment in which to begin or deepen your practice.
Below is our daily schedule for June. We have a ton of special events going on this month as well.
And, we'll be launching our aerial yoga program this summer. Details coming on that soon.

🌅 Good morning, everyone! This morning is a beautiful gift—wide open, fresh, and bright. With deeply grateful hearts, we breathe, we live, and we learn to walk each step in mindfulness and light.

May loving-kindness flow naturally from everything we do, and may peace arise softly with every single breath we take. We walk this sacred path together, connecting all of us—alive, awake, and profoundly grateful to be awake.

Bring a mat you don’t mind getting dirty or a beach towel.

June is gonna be jumpin' at the studio -- and outside of the studio.
We have so many fun, healing ways to embrace the summer season while you reconnect with yourself.
You can sign up now for Beginner Yoga at Sitka Spruce Farm next Saturday. If you're more of an indoor cat, we'll also have a Reiki meditation and sound bath in the studio that evening.
Details will be coming soon for June 20 Solstice on the Shenandoah (fun fact: there will be s'mores) and a petal-filled fun practice at Blooming Wild Flower Farm on June 27.
Mary will return with a beginner mat Pilates class (June 27) and VIA Wellness is back on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
