To the women who gathered in circle,
Thank you for saying yes.

Thank you for bringing your whole selves, your tenderness, your courage, your laughter, your tears, your stories, and your silence. What unfolded was beautiful because each of you chose authenticity over perfection.

I was deeply touched by the wisdom that emerged, not only in the words spoken, but in the quiet act of witnessing one another. There is something profoundly healing about being seen without needing to be anything other than who we already are.

Our theme was worthy. Not as something to strive for, but as something to remember. Worth is not earned. It isn't found in achievement or approval. It has lived within us from the very beginning, waiting only to be remembered.

As we wove flower crowns, I couldn't help but think how fitting they were. No flower questions whether it belongs in the garden. It simply blooms. May we offer ourselves that same grace.

Thank you for sharing this sacred space with me and with one another. I left with a heart full of gratitude and an even deeper trust in the quiet power of women gathering.

To the women who gathered in circle,
Thank you for saying yes.

Thank you for bringing your whole selves, your tenderness, your courage, your laughter, your tears, your stories, and your silence. What unfolded was beautiful because each of you chose authenticity over perfection.

When was the last time you felt truly worthy... not because of what you accomplished, how much you gave, or how well you held everything together—but simply because you exist?
It's something so many of us struggle to remember.

That's why this month's Women's Circle is centered around the theme Worthy. We'll spend the evening in meditation, meaningful conversation, connection, and a simple creative activity as we reconnect with the truth of who we are.

I couldn't stop admiring this beautiful hydrangea at a wedding in Seattle. It reminded me that the most beautiful growth happens when we're rooted, supported, and allowed to bloom in our own time.

That's exactly what I hope to create in my Women's Circle, a space where women can gather without judgment, reconnect with themselves, and grow alongside one another.

After taking a little break, I'm so excited to gather again for our next Women's Circle.

This month's theme is Worthy.
Join us for an evening of meditation, sharing, meaningful conversation, and a simple craft. We will explore what it means to recognize our worth, not because of what we do, achieve, or prove, but simply because of who we are.

I wanted to share a gentle update with you all 🤍

I’ll be taking a short pause from hosting our women’s circles through June as I move into a new home and give myself time to settle into this next chapter.

These gatherings and this community hold such a special place in my heart, and I feel so grateful for every woman who has shown up with presence, honesty, and care.

I’ll miss being in circle with you during this time, but I trust this pause is part of the rhythm of it all. I’m really looking forward to coming back together in July, more grounded, more present, and ready to share again with you ✨

Still soaking in the beauty of this weekend’s women’s circle ✨

To every woman who showed up, thank you. Thank you for your courage, your openness, and your willingness to be seen.

The vulnerability in the room was powerful… and the way you held space for one another, witnessing and being witnessed, was something truly special.

We spent time creating our own inner compass collages, a reminder that we each carry deep wisdom within us. A reminder of the directions we’re being called toward, and the women we are becoming.

The theme was becoming her… and I saw her in every single one of you.

I’m so grateful you chose to show up, for yourselves and for each other. That’s where the magic lives 🤍

Saying how you feel will never ruin a real connection. It only reveals the ones that were never aligned.

In a women’s circle, we don’t gather to perform. We gather to be real.

Your truth is not “too much.”
Your emotions are not inconvenient.
Your honesty is not disruptive.

The right connections don’t shrink when you speak: they soften, they open, they meet you there.

This is your reminder:
Your voice is sacred.
Your feelings are welcome.
And in this circle, truth deepens connection, it doesn’t break it. 💛.
