We offer a variety of services, from traditional therapy as well as specialized therapy such as EMDR, pmay therapy and more.
We also offer a variety of supportive treatment groups such as anger management, parenting groups and trauma related groups.

We provide a range of evaluations and assessments to support accurate diagnosis for individuals to pursue proper treatment. We also offer forensic evaluations and assessments that meet court ordered requirements. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call.

Tessah is in the early stages of starting a therapeutic group for moms who feel like they’re “going through it” . That in-between space where you love your kids deeply but also feel a little stuck, exhausted, or like parts of you got lost somewhere along the way.

This group would be a supportive, judgment-free space to talk about things like:
Identity shifts after becoming a mom
Reconnecting with partners or navigating co-parenting
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure what’s next

No pressure, no “perfect mom” expectations, just real conversation with other moms who get it.

Update: We are looking into the legality & easiest way for the office to take monetary donations for clothes, food & essential items. We will post this information as soon as possible. Thank you so much for all of the love & support for the community. 💗

We’re proud to announce the opening of our Lifeboat Food Pantry and Supply Room, located right here in our office in room T2 (across from the checkout desk).

This space is dedicated to helping patients and families in need by providing access to essential food items, clothing, winter attire and personal care supplies—free of charge and with compassion.

If you would like to support this effort, donations are gratefully accepted. Monetary donations are also accepted to purchase goods to distribute. Nonperishable food, hygiene items, jackets and household essentials can be dropped off during regular office hours.

Together, we can make a difference in the health and well-being of our community.
