Meet our Employee of the Month, Haddy!

Haddy is one of those team members you can always count on. As a 2nd and 3rd shift caregiver, she’s constantly stepping up, whether she’s filling in for a shift, helping train fellow employees or going the extra mile to make sure residents receive the very best care and experience.

Her kindness, encouraging words and smile make her a resident favorite and a wonderful example of what it means to live out our 1440 every day. 💛
