Most parts of the country are experiencing turbulent weather and changes these days. When the climate changes, and there's drastic differences, sliced ginger with a few Chinese jujubes (dates) is a very balancing tea (soup) to make and keep handy. Rinse the jujubes first then toss them in a stainless steel, ceramic or other non-iron or aluminum pot. Add cold water, start boiling on a high flame/temperature. Slice the ginger as thinly as you can; once the water is boiling turn it down to a regular flame 🔥, toss in the ginger to boil no more than 9 minutes. Stir well. Pour into your cup, drink it as hot as you can tolerate without burning your mouth (ouch)...
