🌱 **Come Grow With Us! | Clinical Operations Coordinator**
Garden Path Ketamine, a growing mental health practice in Garner, NC, is looking for a **Clinical Operations Coordinator** to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, warm, dependable, and enjoys being the person who helps keep all the moving pieces moving. This is more than a front-desk position—we're looking for someone who can take ownership of important operational responsibilities while also helping us create the welcoming, personal experience our patients have come to expect.
**Position:** Part-time, W-2
**Hours:** Approximately 24 hours/week, with the potential for increased hours and growth into a full-time role as the practice grows
**Schedule:** Monday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Tuesday & Thursday 12:00–8:00 PM
**Pay:** $23–$27/hour, commensurate with experience
# # # What You'll Do
* Manage Spravato® REMS requirements and related documentation
* Support provider credentialing, payer contracts, and NPI updates
* Coordinate practitioner documentation and related administrative workflows
* Assist with patient intake, scheduling, front-desk responsibilities, and patient communication
* Monitor email, our EHR, and internal workflow systems to ensure tasks and patient needs are addressed
* Coordinate patient feedback, reviews, and satisfaction efforts
* Manage and maintain the practice's social media presence
* Help maintain organized, accurate, and efficient office workflows
* Provide cross-coverage for administrative and operational responsibilities when needed

Experience in a medical or mental health practice, healthcare administration, insurance credentialing, or a similar healthcare setting is strongly preferred. **We also welcome candidates with strong transferable administrative and operational experience who are eager to learn healthcare.**
