Evan liaskos’s Evan Liaskos walked into my office at Holy Mountain Franciscan Retreat Center with a plate of fresh Snickerdoodle cookies today. When he’s not at the restaurant or Bagels on the Hudson | Hoboken he volunteers at Graymoor teaching the guys how to bake. “The purpose of life is to discover your gift. The work of your life is to develop it. The meaning of life is to give your gift away” a David Viscott. Oh yeah - the cookies were amazing btw. 🤎
