✨ A NEW CHAPTER FOR SOUL SOMATIC ✨

I’m so excited to share that starting in November, Soul Somatic is moving into a brand-new space! 🌸

As this little business continues to grow and evolve, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunity to create a new home for this work that I love so much🫶

Flower of Life Yoga and Wellness Center holds the most whimsical, healing energy 🧚 and I cannot wait to share it’s magic with you all!

This work means so much to me, and I’m endlessly grateful for each of you who has trusted me to be a part of your journey. Your support allows me to continue growing, learning, and expanding the ways I can serve this community. I truly wouldn’t be here without you. 🌿

With this next chapter comes a few changes, including upcoming adjustments to my service pricing. I’ll be sharing more details about these changes soon, but I wanted to give everyone a little heads-up as we move into this new season together.

Thank you for supporting this small, heart-centered business and allowing it to grow alongside you. I’m so excited to welcome you into this new space and see what this next chapter holds!

Here’s to new beginnings, deeper roots, and all the beautiful things still unfolding. ✨

With love and gratitude,
Emily 💖

Lately, I’ve had a lot of clients expressing that they feel a disconnect between what they know to be true and actually feeling that truth in their body.

So, I wanted to create a video sharing some of my favorite embodiment tools for moving through big feelings.

The phrases I used were specific to a situation I was personally struggling with, but you can choose any phrase that resonates with whatever you’re moving through.

Pretend you’re parenting your inner child. Meet yourself with compassion, validation, and love. Give yourself the space to bring what the mind knows to be true into the body, so you can truly feel and embody that truth.

Less distraction, more connection.

This is the work.
This is where healing happens. 💖

🍂 Fall Into Connection 🍂
A Heart-Centered Partner Yoga Experience

As autumn invites us to slow down, soften, and let go, we’re invited to turn toward one another. 🤎

Through playful movement, partner poses, shared breath, gentle touch, and stillness, we’ll explore trust, presence, and the sacred space of connection.

This isn’t about perfect poses — it’s about being seen, supported, and fully present with another.

Come with an open heart. Come ready to play.
Move together. Breathe together. Fall deeper into connection. 🍁

Curious about Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)? 💖

Here’s a glimpse into what a session can look like. This video has been sped up, but the work itself is slow, gentle, and intentional.

I take the —less is more— approach to healing. Sometimes healing looks like stillness, light touch, and creating the space for the body to remember its own path back to balance🌀

Oh, Blue Ox… 💙

I used to dream of the day I’d be part of this kind of magic. And now, here I am—holding sacred space in a place that feels truly extraordinary. Not only with the love of my life Krush Turtle (and our first weekend together since before B was born) but with some of the most talented and heart-centered people💖

It’s a place where people feel safe. Where families gather with each other. Where we care not only for one another, but for the land that holds us. Everywhere I turned, there were gentle reminders of something greater—feathers, butterflies, sunbows, birds singing alongside ’s sound bath, and other moments too special for here.

The energy there is different in the most beautiful way. It’s almost impossible to put into words. You simply have to feel it.

I am so fulfilled, deeply inspired, and incredibly grateful. Until next time, 💙

Using a gentle, non-invasive touch, CFT works with the nervous system, fascia, and craniosacral rhythm to create space for the body to unwind patterns of tension and return to a state of greater ease. Rather than “fixing” the body, this work supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Because of its gentle nature, CFT is appropriate for people of all ages. It can be especially supportive for those seeking a softer approach to wellness or for sensitive nervous systems that may not respond well to more aggressive therapies.

Clients often seek CFT for support with:
✨ Anxiety and stress
✨ Headaches and migraines
✨ TMJ dysfunction and jaw tension
✨ Digestive concerns
✨ Sinus congestion and chronic sinus issues
✨ Nervous system dysregulation
✨ Learning challenges and developmental concerns in children

I spent years waiting for the right opportunity to learn this work, and now I understand why. CFT feels like the culmination of so many healing modalities I’ve studied along the way—a remembering of what has always resonated most deeply with me: creating the conditions for the body, mind, and soul to reconnect with their own inner healer.

Sometimes the gentlest touch creates the deepest change💖

✨ Introducing Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) ✨

For the past few years, I’ve felt called to learn this work.

There was something about Craniosacral Fascial Therapy that continued to find its way back to me, and when the time was right, I understood why. It feels like an accumulation of so many of the tools, teachings, and experiences that have shaped me as a practitioner. More than learning something new, it feels like a soul remembering.

What resonates most deeply with me is the philosophy behind this work: that the body is not broken and does not need fixing. Given the right environment, the body holds an incredible wisdom and capacity for healing. My role is not to force change, but to listen, witness, and support what is already seeking to unfold.

This work is an invitation to soften, receive, and remember that healing doesn’t always have to be hard.

🌿 Come as you are. Your body already knows the way.

Stay tuned for pricing and a 🌞SUMMER SPECIAL🌞
