Most CEU trainings teach you techniques.
This one helps you become the therapist who can use them.

This program is a 4-week experiential introduction to Internal Family Systems for clinicians. It blends teaching, guided practice, and small group reflection to help you develop something no textbook can give you: Self-leadership in the therapy room.

Think of it as training + supervision + retreat. In one small cohort.

Virtual. 4 weeks. $250 early bird.

Hi everyone we're excited to share something we have been building.

An Experiential Introduction to Internal Family Systems is a 4-week experiential introduction designed specifically for clinicians.

If you’ve been curious about IFS but haven’t had the opportunity (or budget) for a Level 1 training, this cohort might be exactly what you’re looking for.

It’s virtual, it’s small (max 25), and it’s designed to feel less like a typical CEU and more like a retreat with elements of training and supervision.

Early bird pricing is $250 through April 20. Happy to answer any questions.

Here's something worth sitting with for a moment:
When you finish a session and open your notes do you feel grounded? Or does a quiet tension show up?

A lot of clinicians describe a low-level hum of uncertainty around their documentation. Not because they're doing anything wrong. But because the guidance they received was designed for billing, not for the complex realities of their actual clients.

On April 17, we're spending three hours on exactly this, how to write notes that are clinically honest, strategically protective, and aligned with the values that brought you into this work.

You will walk away with a framework, a template, a language guide, and 3 Texas CEUs. If this speaks to something you've been feeling we'd love to have you there.📅 April 17 | 9am–12pm CT | Live Zoom | $99

This training gives you clear, practical answers.

You’ll learn how to:
• Navigate Texas SB14 and what it means for your notes + license• Write legally sound, trauma-informed notes that reduce harm• Avoid language that increases risk for marginalized clients• Document sensitive topics (trauma, Substance use, immigration, identity exploration, suicidality)• Use copy/paste language that’s ethical, protective and actually usable

Includes: templates, language guides, examples across modalities, and 3 CEUs.

There’s a question a lot of therapists are carrying right now, often quietly:

“What do I write in my notes… and what do I leave out?”

Maybe you were taught, "This is they way we have always done it." but also wondering if what you are putting in your notes is necessary. Not just because you maybe doing more work than necessary... But also because in 2026, with the complex political climate in Texas and especially with SB14, clinical notes with the wrong word in the note can cause real harm.

You weren’t trained for this. Most of us weren’t.

If this question lives in the back of your mind, drop a 👋 in the comments. You’re not alone and stay tuned for something we have coming that will help.
