Forgotten ancestors are sometimes photographs and unidentified items purchased at auctions, estate sales, or antique stores that I have researched in hopes of preserving their stories for future generations.

Forgotten ancestors can also be that news article you found in your grandma's Bible, the tombstone with a familiar last name buried near one of your known relatives, or any tidbit of information that needs to be researched by Our Forgotten Ancestors.
