☀️ Texas heat is no joke! By the time we walk to the mailbox or load the kids in the car, we’re already sweating.
Sweat = your body’s way of cooling down, but it also means you’re losing more fluid (and minerals) than you realize. That’s why headaches, fatigue, and muscle cramps often sneak up on us in the summer — it’s not always just “being tired,” it can be dehydration.
💧 A few simple reminders for these hot days:
-Don’t wait until you’re thirsty — sip water throughout the day.
-Add a little pinch of sea salt or a quality electrolyte mix if you’re sweating a lot.
-Fresh fruit like watermelon, oranges, and pineapple help replenish fluids too.
-Keep water bottles ready in the car, diaper bag, or gym bag so you never get caught empty.
Staying hydrated keeps your body, joints, and muscles moving better — and makes your adjustments last longer 😉
Stay cool out there, Texas friends!
