We take team bonding very seriously 🙂‍↕️

We brought together our Fishersville and Gilbert teams for a few days of learning, collaboration, connection, and plenty of laughs.

The goal was simple: get everyone under one roof, align on where we’re going, learn from each other, and strengthen the culture that makes URBAN so special.

We left with new ideas, stronger relationships, and a reminder that great teams don’t happen by accident. They’re built intentionally.

One of our biggest takeaways was the value of bringing different perspectives together. Spending time face-to-face allowed us to share knowledge, collaborate more effectively, and continue building a stronger team across both locations.

We’re incredibly grateful for every person who makes Urban Medical what it is and excited for what’s ahead.
