The older I become, the less interested I am in becoming someone else and the more devoted I am to becoming myself.

The drum. The fire. The shadows. The wisdom earned through living.

For years, I hid parts of myself to fit into spaces that couldn't fully hold me. Now, I honor every facet—the clinician, the healer, the mystic, the woman who walks between worlds.

There is something sacred about aging.

Not fading.

Not diminishing.

But deepening.

Stepping into the Crone years not as an ending, but as an initiation into greater wisdom, intuition, and authenticity.

May we all find the courage to let our magic be seen.

This program is designed for those who are ready to move beyond surface-level healing and commit to meaningful transformation.

Your experience includes:

✨ Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and ketamine prescription (if clinically appropriate)
✨ Virtual preparation session
✨ In-person group medicine day (9:00 AM–2:00 PM on a Sat)
✨ 3 ketamine troches for continued healing and reflection
✨ 2 virtual group integration sessions
✨ Guided journal prompts and reflective healing exercises
✨ Healing Within coursework designed to deepen insight and support lasting change

The medicine can open the door. The real healing happens through reflection, integration, and the willingness to apply what you learn in your daily life.

This is not a passive program. It is intended for those who are ready to engage honestly with themselves, release old patterns, and actively participate in their healing journey.

Have you ever felt lost?

It’s difficult to see the path ahead when your vision is clouded by fear, self-doubt, old stories, and wounds that have yet to heal.

Many of us spend years searching for answers outside of ourselves, wondering why we feel stuck, disconnected, or unable to move forward.

But healing has a way of changing our perspective.

As we begin to release what we’ve been carrying, the fog slowly lifts. What once felt confusing becomes clearer. What once felt impossible begins to feel within reach.

The path doesn’t always appear all at once.

It reveals itself one step, one insight, and one act of courage at a time.

This Memorial Day, I’m holding space for remembrance, reflection, and the many emotions this day can bring. 🤍

For some, today is about honoring loved ones who served and sacrificed. For others, it may stir grief, heaviness, loneliness, or memories that are difficult to carry.
