Cynthia's Coaching

My goal is to set YOU free from the burden of weight struggles & dieting. Let's get your health back! Macro tracking!

Hey there, I'm Cynthia! —a mom of two lively kiddos, a devoted wife of 17 years, and a wellness coach on a mission! 💪✨
My personal journey through weight gain, low energy, low self-esteem as a postpartum mom fueled a burning desire for positive change. Losing myself led to finding a path to vibrant health, and now, it's my passion to guide other moms through their health journeys. Life as a busy working mom and wife taught me the art of balancing a chaotic schedule while making self-care a priority. 🚀 Through my personal and entrepreneurial venture, I discovered the transformative power of macro tracking, and I haven't looked back since! With 7 years of experience and 4,000 happy moms later, I've honed a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. 🥗💪 My secret weapon? This personalized coaching method, blending nutrition, exercise, mindset, and self-care, has proven to be a game-changer for me and countless others. Now, I'm here to empower you to build a stronger, healthier YOU, mama! Let's embark on a journey of transformation together—because you deserve to thrive! 🌟✨

Our first 21 day challenge at Cynthia’s coaching was a huge hit! The mommy makeover madness was a ton of fun! 🤩 so many women and mamas developed and fortified their habits, leaned into other and found their cheerleading tribe!

Congrats to our FB group member Courtney for being the winner of the FREE challenge ! She upgraded to VIP to have me customize her nutrition with macros and the results speak for themselves.

What I mostly love about this is that Courtney is a mom of 5! If she’s doing it so can YOU! We focused heavily on accountability, support and consistency over perfection in my coaching and in the fb group in general ❤️❤️

Please help me show some love to our mama 🥳🥳🥳 she also decided to invest the $200 she won into continuing to work with me on 1 on 1

🔥🔥And this week I’m running free assessments and 20% off 1:1 coaching plans as Cynthias_coaching turns 1 ! 🔥🔥

Comment “ME” to receive the assessment form NOW!

Your dream body may not be sustainable!!

You see the left side is how I wish to stay all the time!
But do you know I was lifting high volume all the time and eating only 1200 cals and just starting to go slowly up in carbs. I didn’t necessarily feel great either ! It was a a few weeks post my bikini show.

Right side is more of a sustainable place where I’m muscular with more healthy body fat. Eating enough carbs to fuel my workouts and those muscles and having carbs as my alibi! On 1750 cals and eating out and drinking occasional 🥃 !

It’s the same with your weight loss journey! You have to be realistic with your goals! Yes cutting everything out temporarily might get you shredded but it’s not a strategy for long term health and sustainability in maintaining your weight 🙂
Now it may be something you’d do for a trip to lean out quick etc. I don’t plan on getting there anytime soon. Perhaps for a summer vacation where I’d like to look more cut! But in the process growth is understanding healthy body fat is normal. Having thighs that jiggle and spotting cellulite is normal! Not looking tight all the time is normal! ❤️❤️

Give yourself grace and in the pool or extreme fad diets and unrealistic bodies promoted all over social media, let’s not forget that what you see is Not realistic, non sustainable and let’s face it highly photoshopped too.

So I’m here telling you even though I love my body in the left picture, I am not willing to eat 1200 and low carb and doing lots of cardio on top of weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️

Sincerely
A fit mom who prioritizes health but doesn’t make it the center of her life ❤️❤️💪💪
