Please join us in welcoming Dr. Carmen Toman to Wyoming Medical Associates!
Dr. Toman is a pediatric provider and will begin seeing patients on September 1st. She is excited to care for children from infancy through young adulthood. She has a special passion for newborn care and understands that welcoming a new baby is a major adjustment for the entire family. She takes time to consider the full picture of a patient’s health, including what may be happening at home, at school, and in their daily life. She also considers social and financial factors that may affect care, helping families find practical solutions and coordinate the support they need. Her goal is to make sure every family feels heard, supported, and confident in their care.
Originally from a small town in central Nebraska, Dr. Toman completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, attended medical school in Kansas City, and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Missouri. Before joining Wyoming Medical Associates, she provided outpatient pediatric care and cared for newborns in the hospital nursery.
When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Toman enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Sadie. She also loves taking walks, reading, cross-stitching, crocheting, and working in her garden.
