At some point, we have to stop blaming the circumstances and start asking ourselves a harder question:

What am I choosing to tolerate?

Not everything is your fault.

But your next move is your responsibility.

Read. That. Again.

The moment we stop waiting for someone else, something else, or a different set of circumstances to save us is the moment things begin to change.

So tell me- what’s one circumstance you’ve outgrown but haven’t left behind yet? 👇

Restart. Reset. Refocus. Friday ☀️

Today, let’s talk about asking for gifts from the universe—and being ready to receive them.

We all ask in different ways. We pray. We manifest. We meditate. We put our desires out into the world and trust that something greater is listening.

But here’s the question I want to ask you:

When you ask for the gifts… are you prepared to receive them?

When good things start showing up, do you remind yourself:
✨ I am worthy of this.
✨ I am deserving of this.
✨ I asked for this.
✨ I’ve done the work for this.

Or do you start questioning it?
Is this too good to be true? Why me? What’s the catch?

We get so conditioned to struggling that receiving feels uncomfortable.

So today, instead of questioning the goodness, allow yourself to receive it.

You asked.
You did the work.
You put goodness out into the world.
Now open your hands, open your heart, and receive. 💛

What if the gift you’ve been asking for is already on its way?

This message is for YOU. ✨If you’ve been feeling stuck…If you keep daydreaming about a version of yourself that you know...

This message is for YOU. ✨

If you’ve been feeling stuck…
If you keep daydreaming about a version of yourself that you know is in there somewhere…
If you want something to change, but you’re not quite sure what needs to change or where to even begin…

Let’s talk.

I’m looking for 3️⃣ people who are ready to get curious about what’s next for them.

And I want to make this completely accessible:
✨ 3 FREE 30-minute sessions
✨ No obligation to continue working together
✨ No pressure. No pitch. Just space to pause, get honest, and get clear.

Together, we’ll explore:
→ What do you really want for yourself?
→ What’s been keeping you from getting there?
→ What do you actually need in order to move forward?
→ And what could your first steps look like?

Sometimes you don’t need more motivation.
You need someone to help you see yourself, your possibilities, and your next step a little more clearly.

This is your sign to stop daydreaming about that next version—and start becoming that next version. ☀️

I have 3 spots. If this is speaking to you, send me a DM or comment with the word “READY” and let’s connect.

08/17/2026

Three things give me the “ick” about the phrase, “I just don’t have time.”

1️⃣ “Time” is just a concept we use to measure our lives. It isn’t something that happens to us—it’s something we experience.

2️⃣ While we may not all have the exact same circumstances or amount of free “time” each day, we all have a choice in how we spend the “time”we do have.

Some people choose to spend their free time binge-watching Netflix. Others choose to exercise. Some choose to meal prep and be intentional about what they eat. Others choose convenience and grab fast food on the way home because it feels easier in the moment.

None of those choices are inherently right or wrong. But they are still choices.

That’s the #️⃣3️⃣ thing that gives me the “ick” about saying, “I just don’t have time.” Most of the time, what we really mean is, “I’m choosing to spend my time on something else.”

And that’s okay.
What isn’t okay is convincing ourselves we don’t have a choice. Because when we believe we have no choice, we give away our power.

Our priorities are reflected in how we spend our “time”. Once we own that, we stop making excuses and start making intentional decisions.

We all have choices. The question is: Are the choices you’re making today creating the life you actually want tomorrow?

08/10/2026

“I’ll start tomorrow.”

Or Monday.
Or next week.
Or after vacation.
Or when life settles down.

I’ve learned that “later” has a funny way of turning into never.

The perfect time doesn’t create momentum.

👏🏼 Action does. 👏🏼

You don’t have to overhaul your entire life today. You just have to take one small step that your future self will thank you for.

Because every day you wait is another day you’re reinforcing the habit of waiting.

So... what can you do today?
Even if it’s just for five minutes.
Your future self is being built by the choices you make right now. 💛

08/07/2026

Go outside.

Not to answer emails.
Not to scroll your phone.
Not to multitask.
Not even necessarily to accomplish anything.
Just… go outside.

Take a deep breath of fresh air and actually listen.
Listen to the birds.
The frogs.
The crickets.
The wind moving through the trees.
The leaves rustling.
The sounds you normally tune out because your brain is busy thinking about the next thing.

And for a few minutes, try to quiet your mind.
You can meditate.
You can sit quietly.
You can take a slow walk.
Or you can simply focus your attention on what is right in front of you.

Notice the colors.
The sounds.
The smells.
The warmth of the sun.
The movement around you.
Take it all in.

There is something incredibly grounding about stepping away from the noise of everyday life and reconnecting with the natural world.
It gives your brain a break.
It brings you back into your body.
It can shift your energy.
And sometimes, it reminds you that you don’t always need to do something to feel better.
Sometimes you just need to be.

And honestly? We only have so much summer left. Soak it in. 🌞🌿
Sit outside a little longer.
Take the walk.
Listen to the crickets.
Watch the sunset.
Put your phone down.
Breathe.
Let nature do what it has been doing all along:
Ground you. Restore you. Rejuvenate you.

Restart.
Reset.
Refocus.
Then go back into your day a little more present than you were before. ❤️

Sitting here waiting for the people who are ready to face themselves….
To own what’s keeping them stuck….
And to become the person they’ve been telling themselves they’ll be “one day” to find my account and follow my page. ✌🏼

Restart, Reset, Refocus Friday!

This morning, I want to talk about something you may have noticed.

Over the past several months, the location of these messages has changed. They started in my kitchen. Then they moved around my house—wherever I could find a quiet corner. And lately, they’ve found a home out here on my deck.
That wasn’t intentional at first. It happened because I started paying attention to my environment.

When I was recording these in my kitchen, I couldn’t get through a single video without stopping multiple times. Someone needed breakfast. Someone was yelling. Someone needed Mom.

At first, I laughed it off.

But eventually, I noticed something else.
Every interruption made me more frustrated. I was spending more time re-recording than actually enjoying the message I wanted to share.

And that’s when I caught myself thinking...
These videos are supposed to inspire people. They’re supposed to leave me feeling energized and joyful. If creating them is making me angry and stressed, something needs to change.

I had two choices.
I could have told myself, “I just don’t have time for this anymore,” and stopped doing them altogether.

Or...

I could change my environment.

So I did.

Now I come outside, where it’s quiet, peaceful, and free from constant interruptions. The message didn’t change. The mission didn’t change. The environment did.

And sometimes, that’s all it takes.

So if you’re facing something that’s becoming frustrating—before you throw in the towel—pause and ask yourself:

Is it really the goal that’s the problem...
Or is it the environment I’m trying to achieve it in?
Could you do it at a different time of day?
In a different room?
On your commute?
Outside?
With a simple shift in your surroundings?

Sometimes the smallest change in environment creates the biggest shift in your mindset.

Don’t give up on something that’s important to you until you’ve explored whether a different environment could help you succeed.

Happy Restart, Reset, Refocus Friday 🫶🏼⭐️

5 Tips on Prioritizing for the person on the go:

1. Stop waiting for a free hour.
You don’t need 60 uninterrupted minutes to prioritize yourself. Start with 10. A walk around the block, reading a few pages, stretching, journaling, or simply drinking your coffee without multitasking all count.

2. Schedule yourself like everyone else.
Your meetings, your kids’ appointments, and everyone else’s needs make it onto the calendar. Put yourself on there too—and honor that commitment the same way you would for someone else.

3. Trade perfection for consistency.
You don’t have to work out for an hour, meal prep for the week, or meditate for 30 minutes. Five intentional minutes every day will change your life faster than waiting for the “perfect” time that rarely comes.

4. Ask, “What can wait?”
Not everything deserves your attention today. The laundry can wait. The email can wait. Scrolling social media can definitely wait. Protect your energy for what actually matters.

5. Remember that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
When you’re constantly running on empty, everyone around you gets the leftovers. Prioritizing yourself isn’t taking away from your family—it’s making sure you have something to give.

You don’t find time to prioritize yourself.

You decide you’re worth prioritizing, and then you make time.

Because the life you want isn’t built in the moments you finally have time—it’s built in the moments you choose yourself anyway.
