Reiki practitioners, people of faith, sound healers, or simply someone who believes in the power of good thoughts and a gentle hand — you belong here.

I'm excited to formally introduce Reiki Integrated Massage — and share a little about the journey that brought it here.
When I completed CranioSacral Integration training in September 2025, something clicked that I hadn't expected. Practicing the craniosacral holds — learning to witness the rhythm and wave of the cerebrospinal fluid, the subtle flexion and extension of the cranium — I realized I had been in this space before.

It's the same space as Reiki.

Listening. Being intuitive. Using empathic awareness to sense subtle shifts in energy and movement. CranioSacral Integration taught me to become a true witness to the body — to hold space for its natural rhythm and allow it to unwind and heal itself. And sometimes that's exactly what the body needs most.

What makes this even more profound is the relationship between the craniosacral system and the energetic body. The seven main chakras follow the cranium and spine — from the Crown at the top of the head to the Root at the tailbone. The physical and energetic pathways are not separate. They never were.

In a Reiki Integrated Massage session, therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Integration, and Reiki move together as one seamless experience. No switching. No separation. Just continuous, responsive presence.

Clients often don't realize how much their body is processing during the session. They simply feel more relaxed, at peace, and centered. There is no pushing, pulling, forcing, or deep pressure. Just space — held intentionally — for the body's innate intelligence to do what it already knows how to do.

This work has changed how I practice. I hope it changes how you experience healing.

With so much going on.. I have to stop, acknowledge and celebrate that on November 11th, my small business made 3 years. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Happy 3 Year Anniversary to me! 🍾🥂🎊🎉

I have worked for everything that I have. It did not come at any small price at 45 yrs old, to leave a 27+ career, to go back to school, work while going to school, pass the state exam to obtain my license, graduate through the C19 pandemic, to owning a small business that sustains me and my family.

I do everything on my own. The marketing, the decision making, the booking, the laundry... I am the boss and the worker... I am a one woman show.

I fought long and hard for this. And will continue to work until my body says no more. It's not about making millions of dollars. This is not about being monetarily rich. It's about using my Soul Gifts in service to others and as long as I'm doing that, The Universe will always have my back. ❤️😘🫶🏾👏🏽
