The Mission
Our mission at Arizona Veterinary Physical Rehabilitation is to assist dog owners to maximize their pet’s quality of life by optimizing mobility, decreasing pain and increasing the overall fitness level of their pet. This is accomplished through effective and safe physical rehabilitation and conditioning programs performed by caring veterinary professionals dedicated to ongoing advancement of their own knowledge as well as client education. The Doctor
Sonnet Jarvis, DVM, CCRT (Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist) practiced small animal medicine in the Valley of the Sun for over 14 years before pursuing her dream of opening her own physical rehabilitation facility. She has over 150 hours of post-doctorate training and expertise in the diagnosis and management of pain and loss of function due to injury or disease. Trained to do a whole body evaluation for weakness, pain and imbalance, Dr. Sonnet then tailors a rehabilitation treatment plan for you and your pet and adjusts therapeutic recommendations to achieve success.
