Thankful Thursday: Morning Gratitude Ritual
The first thought you have in the morning sets the energetic tone for your entire day. 🌅
Are you being intentional about it?
Here's a 5-minute morning gratitude ritual that reclaims your energy before the world gets access to it:
☀️ Minute 1 — Before you open your eyes, ask: "What am I genuinely grateful for right now?"
🎯 Minute 2 — Speak one intention out loud. "I choose calm today."
✍️ Minute 3 — Write it in your Grateful Journal. Three sentences. Done.
🌬️ Minutes 4–5 — Visualize your day unfolding with ease and hold that feeling.
Five minutes. Before your feet hit the floor.
