High Rockies Harm Reduction

High Rockies Harm Reduction HRHR is a rural Recovery Community Organization and Syringe Service Program. We provide direct and mail-based services across western Colorado.

We will be taking a break from our regularly scheduled services for the rest of the winter so we can focus on building out our new vehicles and ensure services are bigger and better than ever in 2026, but worry not, we are still here for you through this closure! Call, text, email or DM us for supply delivery and/or appointments throughout January and February. We can generally fulfill requests from Aspen - Parachute within 72 hours and can mail supplies to Eagle, Summit and Lake as needed and happy to make appointments anywhere in the region. Stay safe, stay warm and have the happiest of New Years!
