Can You Sense Yourself?
Join us for 60 minutes of movement, breath, sound, stillness, and rest.
Together we’ll explore simple practices designed to help us slow down, become curious, and reconnect with physical sensation.
This is not a workout, or a traditional yoga class, or a typical sound immersion. There are no poses to perfect and no experience required.
Just an opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and spend some time paying attention to what is happening within.
