Josephine was feeling a bit more playful than helpful in this video but hopefully it will help you get started with the Ninni pacifier.

I recommend the Ninni a lot as a tool to reinforce proper latch and strengthen proper tongue function. It takes some time to get used to so keep trying and within a few days your baby should improve. You can purchase a Ninni locally for $14 at New Life Health and Wellness in Goodlettsville anytime during office hours.

This sweet girlie took a bad fall yesterday and was having a lot of neck pain. Serious falls are such a critical time to get CFT. The craniosacral system gets shut down, restricting the flow of CSF. By loosening the fascia impacted by the trauma, CFT restores optimal CSF flow so the brain and body can heal faster. Mom reached out and we were able to get her seen quickly!

Huge thanks to my incredible birth team Starlight Bridge Birth Doula and Sovereign Birth Midwifery!

My first day back at the office will be July 6th but I'll be seeing newborns at my space in Greenbrier in a few weeks! Looking forward to seeing all my wonderful clients again after some good rest and baby snuggles!

Have you ever gone on a "due date"? We didn't get to do this with our twins but we're bringing back the tradition today! A fun way to celebrate making it to 40 weeks 😊

I plan to be taking appointments again at the beginning of July but if you're reaching out for a newborn, I will get to you sooner! Stay posted to find out if baby #5 is a boy or girl
