The Hashimoto’s Reset

The Hashimoto’s Reset Hashimoto’s Reset 🔥
Healing naturally + strategically
Stress • Inflammation • Hormones
No fluff. No guesswork. Walking it. Structuring it. I'm Robin Vengadasalam.

I didn’t “randomly” develop Hashimoto’s. I battled years of stress and trauma, pushing through exhaustion, ignoring what my body was trying to tell me… until it finally forced me to pay attention. The fatigue wasn’t normal. The brain fog wasn’t normal. The anxiety, the crashes, the feeling like my body was working against me… none of that was normal. My diagnosis didn’t come out of nowhere. It was

built over time. This page is where I share what I’m learning as I navigate Hashimoto’s myself—naturally, intentionally, and without the fluff. I focus on what actually moves the needle:
• Stress and nervous system regulation
• Inflammation and root causes
• Daily systems that support healing
• Honest product and supplement education

I’m not here to sell fear or quick fixes. I’m here to understand my body, take back control, and help other women do the same.

I don’t think people realize how much chronic illness can quietly steal from your life.

💔 Here’s what started happening:

1️⃣ I stopped making plans.
❤️‍🩹 I never knew if I’d have enough energy to follow through.

2️⃣ I started canceling more.
❤️‍🩹 Not because I wanted to. Because my body couldn’t keep up.

3️⃣ I stopped looking forward to things.
❤️‍🩹 Everything started feeling like something I had to survive instead of enjoy.

4️⃣ I became more isolated.
❤️‍🩹 It felt easier to stay home than explain why I was struggling.

5️⃣ I stopped being spontaneous.
❤️‍🩹 Every decision revolved around how exhausted I felt.

6️⃣ I started feeling disconnected from life.
❤️‍🩹 I was physically present, but emotionally and mentally drained.

7️⃣ My world slowly got smaller.
❤️‍🩹 That was the part that broke my heart.

💔 And after hearing “everything looks normal” for years, I started believing maybe this was just who I was now.

But it wasn’t.

It was Hashimoto’s disease and thyroid dysfunction slowly affecting every part of my life while nobody was connecting the dots.

Many women with Hashimoto’s don’t just suffer physically.

They suffer emotionally.

💔 Because when you’re exhausted all the time…

When your hair is falling out…

When your brain feels foggy…

When your body doesn’t feel like your own…

And every doctor keeps saying:
“Everything looks normal.”

You eventually stop questioning the symptoms…

and start questioning yourself.

Some of the strongest people you know are fighting battles you’ll never see.

💔 And many thyroid patients have become masters at hiding their pain.

One of the most damaging things that happened to me wasn’t the diagnosis.

💔 It was the years before the diagnosis.

The years of trying to convince people I wasn’t okay.

Trying to explain symptoms.

Trying to explain exhaustion.

Trying to explain why I felt so different.

Eventually…

I stopped trying.

There comes a point where you get tired of explaining.

💔 Tired of hearing:
“Everyone’s tired.”

“It’s probably stress.”

“You’re getting older.”

“Your labs are normal.”

So you stop talking.

You smile.

You function.

You suffer quietly.

👉 Share this with someone who stopped talking about their symptoms because nobody was listening.

💔 Here’s what started happening:

1️⃣ I stopped talking about how bad I felt.❤️‍🩹 People didn’t understand, so eventually I stopped trying to explain.

2️⃣ I started pretending I was okay.❤️‍🩹 Smiling became easier than explaining.

3️⃣ I felt misunderstood constantly.❤️‍🩹 I looked fine, but I felt awful.

4️⃣ I became exhausted by conversations about my health.❤️‍🩹 Repeating myself over and over was draining.

5️⃣ I started suffering quietly.❤️‍🩹 That felt easier than feeling dismissed again.

6️⃣ I felt invisible.❤️‍🩹 That was one of the most painful parts.

💔 And honestly?

Invisible illnesses don’t just make you sick.

Sometimes they make you feel completely unseen.
