Momming ain't easy, but trying to find the energy to get a break can feel like more work you don't need. Take the guess work out of finding that break by join Jordanne Hammar (LISW) and Trisha Marquis (RN, CLC) for Recess & Reset, a self care circle for moms.

Each month, we will be hosting a free casual support group to connect with other moms while working on a simple, relaxing craft. Come as you are, messy bun, leggings, and all as all crafting supplies and light will be provided.

If you need more specific support, therapy consult and lactation troubleshooting will also be available by request.

There have been recent misleading conversations in politics and the media surrounding the best way to feed babies. While there are many benefits tied to breastfeeding, for many families, it is not always an option. Baby formula allows every family the chance to keep their children healthy and fed during the first year of life.

As we continue through the holiday season, Works of Peace Counseling and the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office are still collecting baby formula donations through December 19th. Shop our Amazon wish list (https://a.co/eb6479g) or drop the following Similac formulations off at the Main, Goose Creek, and Sangaree/Summerville Sheriff's Office Locations:

-- Advance
-- Sensitive
-- Total Care 360 (Regular & Sensitive)
-- Alimentum
