Caps off to Kaeli Baxter, Master’s in Social Work! 🎓✨

​Congratulations to Kaeli for graduating from Nazareth University with her Master’s in Social Work on May 15th! 🎉

​Since 2016, Kaeli has been a powerhouse leader at Recovery Options. As our Senior Director of Housing and Peer Services, she brings immense passion for choice-driven care and empowering individuals across WNY.

​Not only did she graduate with honors from SUNY Brockport with her BSW in 2025, but she has now officially added Master's Social Work to her name, specializing in trauma-informed care! 🌟

Last week our Monroe County INSET team members welcomed representatives from the NYS Office of Mental Health for our annual site visit. Additional community partners joined us to discuss the importance of system-wide collaboration and the positive impact the INSET program has had for the participants being served. 

INSET is an innovative, person-centered program focused on meeting participants where they are along their journey; engaging at their pace, to meet their individual recovery goals. This voluntary approach applies the power of peer-to-peer connections to foster opportunities for individual success.
