💙What a wonderful week of celebration and gratitude at Heartland Health Center! 💙
☕ Staff Appreciation: We kicked off the week with Coffee on Monday, enjoyed Breakfast with the CEO, and wrapped up the week with a delicious taco truck on Friday! 🌮
🍔 Patient Appreciation: To celebrate Patient Appreciation Focus Day, members of our leadership team fired up the grills and served lunch to our patients at all three HHC clinic locations throughout the week. We loved the opportunity to connect with the people we are honored to serve!
🎒 Population Focus: HHC donated much-needed school supplies to the elementary and middle schools in our school program, helping students start the school year ready to learn and succeed. ✏️📚
🍩 Partner Appreciation: We also delivered Paradize Donuts to our wonderful community partners to thank them for the important work they do alongside us to strengthen our community.
National Health Center Week was a wonderful reminder that it truly takes all of us working together to make a difference. We are incredibly grateful for our dedicated staff, our patients, our community partners, and the many people who support HHC and our mission.

☕ Apreciación al Personal: Comenzamos la semana con café el lunes, disfrutamos de un desayuno con nuestro CEO y cerramos la semana con un delicioso camión de tacos el viernes. 🌮
🍔 Apreciación a los Pacientes: Para celebrar el Día de Apreciación al Paciente, miembros de nuestro equipo de liderazgo encendieron las parrillas y prepararon el almuerzo para nuestros pacientes en las tres clínicas de HHC durante toda la semana. ¡Nos encantó tener la oportunidad de convivir con las personas a quienes tenemos el honor de servir!
🎒 Enfoque en las Poblaciones: HHC donó útiles escolares que hacían mucha falta a las escuelas primarias y secundarias que participan en nuestro programa escolar, ayudando a que los estudiantes comiencen el año escolar preparados para aprender y tener éxito. ✏️📚

Today is Population Focus Day during National Health Center Week, and we're celebrating Heartland Health Center Pharmacy! 💙💊

Our on-site pharmacy helps improve access to medications, strengthens communication between our pharmacy and care teams, and removes barriers to care, making it easier for our patients to get the support they need, all in one place.

¡Hoy es el Día del Enfoque en la Población durante la Semana Nacional de los Centros de Salud, y celebramos la Farmacia de Heartland Health Center! 💙💊

Nuestra farmacia, ubicada dentro de Heartland Health Center, ayuda a mejorar el acceso a los medicamentos, fortalece la comunicación entre nuestro equipo de farmacia y los proveedores de atención médica, y elimina barreras para la atención, facilitando que nuestros pacientes reciban el apoyo que necesitan, todo en un solo lugar.
