I'm excited to share that I have completed my Level 1 Practitioner training in the Bach Flower Remedies System.
The training deepened my understanding of flower essences and how they can be used as gentle emotional support tools. I learned how to thoughtfully select remedies based on individual emotional patterns, how to work with the root cause of imbalance rather than just the surface symptoms, and how to create custom blends tailored to each person's unique needs. I'm grateful to add. this gentle, supportive modality to my natural health practice.
