Introducing a Sunday series: Plant or Human
We’ve been reflecting on how humans mirror the natural world, not as something separate, but as a part of it.
We’re inherently connected, shaped by the same rhythms and forces.
Not just in how we look, but in how we move, respond, and adapt.
So this series is an invitation to notice more, to soften, to reconnect with whats around you.
Each Sunday, we’ll share moments where the line between plant and human begins to dissolve.
This week, we wanted to start simply:
It’s a plant! It’s tree bark :)
We couldn’t unsee how similar it is to our skin,
a shield between important organs and the outer world,
protecting, holding, responding.
Every crease, every layer, is not random.
Like laugh lines. Like scars.
Skin and tree bark; different in form, but shaped by the same purpose: to protect, to adapt, and to carry the visible story of a life well lived. ❤️
We’d love to see what you’re noticing.
What you see, your perspective, and your moments of recognition.
Tag us to be part of it,
or simply stay present and see what unfolds each week.
