What is shilajt?
Shilajit is sourced from the peaks of the Himalayas about 16,000 ft and above. It is a thick, blackish tar like substance that seeps from the sedimentary rocks and formed from centuries of slow decomposition of plant matter, making it rich in 85 trace minerals, active compounds (like fulvic acid), and antioxidants.

Why is shilajit so amazing?
It has been used for centuries in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to boost energy and promote vitality. Shilajit is prized as a rejuvenator and antiaging compound. It is known as an adaptogen, and is used ro help the body adapt to physical and mental stress. It also increases energy and reduces fatigue, helps to enhance athletic performance and muscle recovery. Support brain function, support cognitive health, naturally boosts testosterone and iron levels, supports fertility, enhance cellular function (mitochondria), and reduces oxidative stress. Shilajit naturally enhances energy levels without the crash or jittery feelings, and I can personally attest to this! I felt AMAZING while taking this and noticed a difference a few weeks after I had finished the bottle.
🌿
I chose Lajit Shilajit because they use “authentic gold-grade shilajit resin sourced by sherpas who live in the Himalayas. They harvest and collect the ancient substance and purify it using Ayurvedic herbs, spring water and sunlight to ensure consistency in quality, taste, and potency.”
