Phase 2 continues to advance steadily and remains on schedule as the project moves from structural completion into sustained interior and exterior finish work. Over the past several months, the team has closed out major envelope activities, including installation of the curtain wall, exterior panels, insulation, and the start of stone façade work. Inside the building, the first floor has transitioned into finish phases with drywall, painting, ceiling grid, lighting, flooring, and wall protection all progressing in sequence. The second floor continues through insulation, drywall, and moisture testing, while MEP rough‑in and sprinkler piping remain active throughout the facility and Penthouse. Generator and transformer installation have positioned the project for permanent power in early June, marking a key milestone for subsequent commissioning activities.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for Minnie Hamilton Health System’s Lab Fair at the Gilmer County Recreation Center!

We appreciate all who took advantage of the opportunity to learn more about their health through our affordable lab testing services. Events like these help make preventive healthcare more accessible and encourage individuals to take an active role in their wellness.

Our Long-Term Care residents enjoyed a wonderful day at the Wood Festival! 🎡🌞

Residents spent time taking in the sights and sounds of the festival and even had the opportunity to play a few rounds of bingo with two of the festival queens. 👑🎉

It was a day filled with fun, laughter, and great community connections. We are grateful for opportunities like these that allow our residents to stay engaged and create special memories together.

Fresh air, beautiful scenery, and great company made for a wonderful day for our Long-Term Care residents! 🌞

Residents enjoyed a relaxing buggy ride through the community before spending time at the county park, taking in the sights, sharing laughs, and enjoying the outdoors. These special outings provide opportunities for recreation, socialization, and creating meaningful memories together.

We’re grateful for the chance to help our residents stay active, connected, and engaged while enjoying all that our community has to offer! ❤️
