Breast Lift + Axillary Liposuction

This fantastic patient wanted to address her drooping breasts, asymmetry, and large areolas after breastfeeding. Her surgical plan consisted of a breast lift on the left, and small breast reduction on the right, as well as liposuction of the axilla/armpits to better frame her breast, giving her a crisp lateral breast border.

Mommy Makeover: Tummy Tuck, Implant Restyling, & Liposuction

Beautiful results 6 months after a mommy makeover. She had 400 cc implants that had migrated, giving an asymmetric look. We replaced them with extra full profile 545 cc silicone implants and performed internal work to maximize her upper pole fullness and improve symmetry. We finished it off with liposuction and a modern abdominoplasty with muscle repair.

Breast Lift: Elevated, Proportional, Refined.

This patient underwent a breast lift with liposuction of the axilla and lateral chest. The goal was a more youthful appearing breast, while still maintaining natural proportion and aesthetics. Adding the liposuction (a popular combination) better frames the breast, creating a more defined lateral breast border.
