Founded in 1917, the Great Falls Hospital and Great Falls Clinic are the fourth oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi. Originally based on the vision that quality healthcare need not be confined to large urban centers, our mission today is focused on becoming Montana’s healthcare choice. To accomplish our goal, we strive to assess and meet the needs of the 250,000 residents living in the

seventeen north central Montana counties that we serve. As a leader in the Great Falls medical delivery system, the Great Falls Clinic works hard as a team of providers to institute positive change for our patients throughout Montana. Recruiting and retaining the most contemporary physicians and employees requires the latest in technology development. We must utilize these available technologies to meet the needs of an aging population and create more value for the patients we serve. The combination of physicians and employees working together to improve patient care is our commitment and can be defined as “Team Care.” This means striving to constantly perform better services and to create more value for the people we serve. One thing that will not change moving forward is that we will continue to have physicians and employees working together to bring the population of Montana the best healthcare possible. Markie helps patients navigate their care journey by answering questions, coordinating resources, and providing support when it's needed most. She's an advocate, a guide, and a reassuring presence for patients and families every step of the way.

👨‍⚕️ Please join us in welcoming Dr. Grossman to the Great Falls Clinic family!

Dr. Grossman brings more than 25 years of urologic experience to our team, most recently caring for patients at St. Peter's Health in Helena. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Urology at the University of Utah Health, and when he is not in the clinic, you will find him fishing, skiing, or hiking right here in Montana.

Dr. Grossman is now welcoming new and established patients at our Great Falls Clinic Capital City Specialty Center at 2231 N Montana Ave in Helena. Additionally, he will see patients two days per month in Great Falls. Read more at the link below!

The Back to School Sports Physicals & Immunizations Clinic is tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

📍 City-County Health Department
115 4th Street South, Great Falls
Please note: This year’s clinic is NOT at ExpoPark.

No appointment needed! Great Falls Clinic will provide sports physicals, CCHD will provide immunizations, and cost assistance will be available through CareVan.

Get your student ready for school and fall sports, and make sure you head to the CCHD location this year!
