Founded in 1917, the Great Falls Hospital and Great Falls Clinic are the fourth oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi. Originally based on the vision that quality healthcare need not be confined to large urban centers, our mission today is focused on becoming Montana’s healthcare choice. To accomplish our goal, we strive to assess and meet the needs of the 250,000 residents living in the

seventeen north central Montana counties that we serve. As a leader in the Great Falls medical delivery system, the Great Falls Clinic works hard as a team of providers to institute positive change for our patients throughout Montana. Recruiting and retaining the most contemporary physicians and employees requires the latest in technology development. We must utilize these available technologies to meet the needs of an aging population and create more value for the patients we serve. 💚 A powerful reminder of what teamwork, compassion, and care can accomplish.

Great Falls Hospital was recently recognized by LifeCenter Northwest with the May Lifesaver Award following our first organ donation case.

Because of the incredible collaboration between our ICU team, Operating Room staff, ancillary departments, and LifeCenter Northwest, one patient’s final gift helped save the lives of others through organ donation.

This recognition reflects the dedication of so many individuals who came together to support the patient, honor the wishes of the family, and provide compassionate care every step of the way.

We are incredibly proud of our teams and grateful for the opportunity to make a lasting impact beyond our walls.
