Been happily busy both identifying and using the local plants. This is a new one to me, but isn't she beautiful? She's Fringed Loosetstrife, a natural bug bite ingredient, skin healing ingredient, and she's got skin cooling properties, so she also became an ingredient in the sunburn cream product I made 😊😌🥰🤗

I also found a bunch of Goldenrod, and American Licorice!

When life gifts you an overabundance of several different herbs, and you're struggling to find room for last year's AND this year's stuff, you start coming up with ways to use it all!
First products will focus on women's hormonal wellness.

In 5 weeks, I will have an herbal vinegar that will support the cramping, bloating, and hormonal imbalance that happens to many women during their cycle.

In 4 weeks, I'll have a hormonal cooling herbal honey, formulated to aid with night sweats, restlessness, and assist with sleep.

Other products coming in 7 or 8 weeks include a summertime cooling tea blend (not hormonal cooling, just regular cooling for hot weather), an herbal vinegar that aids digestion, and a nourishing skin glow honey for hormonal acne.

Also coming up in 8 or 9 weeks will be immunity boosting products and support for colds and seasonal allergies products.

I also will be gathering more ingredients to make another batch of pain salve to sell, it's even effective on me and most products like that such as tiger balm etc don't work on me at all!

"I founded Our Healing Breath from both professional training and personal experiences. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2007 and a breath work facilitator since 2021.

My journey through breath work began after a life changing seminar where I experienced transient hypofrontality and discovered the profound ability of intentional breathing to access the body's natural healing response through the parasympathetic nervous system.That experience changed the way I understood healing. They've promised me they'd have something gluten-free free but if you'd like dairy free, nut free, or vegan etc you could probably pre-order for pickup at the show. And make sure to check out their doggie treats, too!

"Mama and Me Sweets was started in June 2025 in Great Falls, Montana by mother and daughter team of Nancy Knapp and Beth Mygland. What started as a relaxing hobby has become a business.

As a way to keep our quality and innovation up Nancy will be graduating with an Associates Degree in pastry and baking along with the title “Pastry Chef” this November.

We can normally be found at the Great Falls Farmers Market, craft shows and Highland Games throughout Montana, as well as on Facebook.
