Giving season is just around the corner and we hope you will join us in supporting Heads Up for Hope this giving season. Colorado Gives Day is a movement to support local nonprofits and the hope and healing they provide for community members.

Supporting Heads Up for Hope means no one in Eagle County feels alone when navigating life after brain injury.

Early giving begins November 1st and is open through Colorado Gives Day on December 8th. We hope you will join us in supporting this amazing movement this giving season.

Our Mindset Yoga Series begins October 1st! This is a 6 week session that will run every Thursday at 5:30pm at CMC. We will focus on meditation and gentle flow yoga to help improve mind body connection. Open to brain injury (TBI and concussion) survivors and caregivers. $20 donation suggested for the full 6 weeks.
