Mental health matters ๐บ๐ธ๐
Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
Memorial Day is more than a long weekend โ it is a day of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance for those who made the ultimate sacrifice and for the families who continue carrying that loss every day.
At the Center for Su***de Awareness, we also recognize that for many veterans, service members, and military families, this day can bring complex emotions, grief, memories, and silent struggles.
Please take a moment today to:
โค๏ธ Check in on one another
โค๏ธ Reach out to veterans and military families
โค๏ธ Lead with compassion and connection
โค๏ธ Remember that healing conversations matter
To all who served, all who were lost, and all who continue carrying the weight of service โ we remember you. We honor you. We thank you. ๐
If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available.
