Woodside home. Our long history of quality and personalized care includes a dedicated staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Woodside offers a full continuum of care at the highest level all on one campus. This not only makes moving from one facility to another convenient, it adds the comfort and security of belonging to a community of familiar faces. Our full-time pastor provides pastoral care throughout our campus. Worship services are offered in our beautiful, on-site chapel for multiple denominations. The serene, 18-acre campus is full of mature trees, gardens and walking paths, yet close to shopping, restaurants and businesses. Woodside is part of Bay Area Lutheran Homes, Inc., a non-profit organization made up of Green Bay area congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. We welcome all denominations and our mission is to honor each person’s individuality, deliver exceptional care, and maintain a family-oriented community for our residents.

Some lessons can't be taught from a textbook. ❤️

This week, our residents traded the familiar halls of Woodside for the classrooms of Edison Middle School, thanks to one very special connection.

Many of our residents know Anna as a member of the Woodside team, where she worked part-time for nearly seven years while earning her teaching degree. Today, her students know her as Miss Jacobsen, and she welcomed our residents into her classroom for a morning filled with conversation, laughter, and learning.

For some of our residents, it had been years since they had stepped inside a school. Before long, the students were giving crash courses on apps, explaining what Spotify is, and sharing a little of what life looks like for their generation.

But the learning didn't stop there.

Our residents shared stories, smiles, and life experiences that no app could ever replace.

When different generations spend time together, something special happens. Curiosity grows, friendships form, and everyone leaves having learned something new.

A huge thank you to Miss Jacobson, the students of Edison Middle School, and everyone who made this unforgettable morning possible. We can't wait to come back!

Sometimes, the best plans are worth waiting for!

Last week, Woodside was excited to sponsor Music in the Park at Klipstine Park in Ashwaubenon, but with temperatures soaring, we decided to postpone the outing for the comfort of our residents.

As it turns out, Mother Nature had something even better in mind.

This week, we were treated to beautiful weather, wonderful music, and an afternoon filled with laughter, conversation, and fresh air. In fact, after last week's heat, a few of us even needed a light jacket!

We're so glad our residents had the opportunity to enjoy this fantastic community event. A week later, but every bit as memorable.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special. Some days just remind you how much fun it is to be part of this community. 🎶💚

Some of the best catches of the day weren't even fish. 🎣❤️

Our residents headed out on a fishing adventure and reeled in plenty of fish... but they also caught something even better—new memories, shared stories, and a few friendships that grew a little stronger with every cast. Those are the ones you never throw back! 😊

After a successful day on the water, we celebrated the only way we know how—with a stop at our favorite local spot, Sara's Artisan Gelato! 🍨 Nothing tastes quite as sweet as gelato after a day spent outdoors.

Days like these are a reminder that adventure doesn't have an expiration date. Sometimes it's found at the end of a fishing line. Sometimes it's discovered over a scoop of gelato. And sometimes it's simply found in the company of the people sharing the experience with you.

Here's to making the most of another beautiful Wisconsin summer!

The summer heat may have sent us indoors, but it certainly didn't stop the fun at the Woodside Oaks! ☀️💃🍦

Our annual summer dance turned into an indoor celebration, where residents enjoyed an afternoon of music, laughter, and plenty of two-stepping. Smiles filled the room as friends gathered to dance, catch up, and make wonderful memories together.

To top it all off, everyone cooled down with a delicious scoop of ice cream—the perfect treat on a hot summer day!

🏛️🍃 A Great Visit at Woodside Today! 🍃🏛️

We were honored to welcome Senator Jamie Wall to Woodside today for a visit and tour of our campus.

During his time with us, we had the opportunity to discuss some of the important issues facing senior care today, as well as several initiatives Woodside is actively involved in to help strengthen our community. Topics included workforce development, career day partnerships with local schools, and our efforts to inspire and educate the next generation of healthcare professionals.

We also shared how Woodside stays connected to the community through volunteerism, partnerships, outreach events, and programs designed to enhance the lives of those we serve.

We appreciate Senator Wall taking the time to visit Woodside, learn more about our mission, and hear firsthand about the opportunities and challenges facing senior care providers. Thank you for spending part of your day with us—we hope you enjoyed your visit as much as we enjoyed hosting you!

🎸☀️🎶 The Show Must Go On! 🎶☀️🎸

The heat and smoky haze may have been hanging around yesterday, but that didn't stop us from having an amazing time at Music in the Park in Ashwaubenon!

Woodside was proud to sponsor this wonderful community event, and as always, Let Me Be Frank Productions delivered an incredible performance. From classic rock and roll favorites to crowd-pleasing hits, the music had everyone singing along and forgetting all about the summer heat for a little while.

One of the best parts of events like these is the opportunity to connect with so many members of our community. Whether stopping by to say hello, enjoying the music with friends, or simply spending time outdoors, it was a great reminder of what makes our community so special.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening such a success. We had a blast and are already looking forward to doing it all again next year!

Over the weekend, Woodside was proud to sponsor and participate in the annual Veterans Benefit, formerly known as the Pearly Gates Veterans Benefit and now continuing its mission as the Honor and Valor Outdoors Veterans Benefit.

The event brought together veterans, families, community members, and supporters for a day filled with camaraderie, live music, military ceremonies, raffles, and a shared commitment to supporting local veterans and their families. We were honored to have both residents and employees attend and represent Woodside at such a meaningful community event.

Many of our residents have proudly served our country, and opportunities like this allow us to celebrate their service, recognize their sacrifices, and show our appreciation for the freedoms we enjoy every day.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped organize, support, and attend this wonderful event. It was a beautiful reminder of the strength of our community and the importance of honoring those who have served.

🚗🏁 Revving up for a great day of adventure!

Our residents recently took a trip to the Automobile Gallery, where they enjoyed an up-close look at some truly iconic vehicles. From famous cars featured in James Bond films to classic muscle cars that brought back memories of cruising down the road, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The Automobile Gallery isn't just about cars—it's about the stories behind them. Residents had a wonderful time exploring the exhibits, learning what made each vehicle unique, and sharing memories of their own favorite cars from years gone by. There may have even been a few friendly debates about which car was the coolest! 😄

At Woodside, we love creating opportunities for our residents to explore the community, learn something new, and make lasting memories with friends.

🍝🥗 Nothing brings people together quite like a great meal!

Our residents recently enjoyed a delicious outing to Olive Garden, where the food was fantastic and the company was even better. From the famous never-ending salad and breadsticks to pasta favorites and savory Chicken Marsala, there was no shortage of tasty choices to enjoy.

Of course, the best part of the afternoon wasn't what was on the menu—it was the opportunity to gather around the table with friends, share stories, laugh together, and make new memories. After all, Olive Garden's slogan is, "When you're here, you're family." We took that message to heart and brought our Woodside family along, making the Olive Garden family a little bigger for the afternoon. ❤️

At Woodside, we know that some of life's best moments happen around a table surrounded by people who care about one another. This outing was a wonderful reminder of that.

🏅👏 50 years of dedication deserves a standing ovation!

A big congratulations to Oaks tenant Marcia, who recently received a beautiful medal recognizing an incredible milestone—50 years of volunteering at the Bellin Run! 🎉

As if that wasn't impressive enough, Marcia also participated in two Bellin Runs herself! Her commitment to giving back, staying active, and supporting our community is truly inspiring.

Volunteers like Marcia make our community a better place, and her decades of service are a wonderful reminder of the difference one person can make over a lifetime.

Please join us in celebrating this amazing accomplishment and congratulating Marcia on this well-deserved recognition. We are so proud of you, Marcia! ❤️
