Please note, this message about anger can pertain to women as well as men …..
Quote from anonymous Bible teacher:
“The angriest man in the room is rarely the strongest.
More often, he's carrying wounds he's never surrendered to.
Men are taught to hide pain, suppress emotion, and never admit weakness.
So instead of grieving, they get angry. Instead of healing, they harden. Instead of confessing, they explode.
But Scripture paints a different picture of strength.
Real masculinity isn't found in rage.
It's found in repentance.”
"Make no friendship with an angry man" is a well known warning from the Bible found in Proverbs 22:24-25, advising people to stay away from anyone who has a bad temper or gets mad very easily
Here’s some important reasons to why you need to keep the distance for a while, or not engage in an ongoing relationship……
Catching bad habits: You might copy their bad ways and lose your own peace.

Constant stress: Being around someone who is always mad leads to needless fights and pain.
